PRESENT: Commissioners: Bernard Smith, Michele Hassler, Frank Hurd, Teresa DeBenedictis, Acting Director of Public Works, Jim Dodge, Operations Manager of Public Works and Charles Zuccala, Acting Supervisor
The meeting started at 9:08 am
1. Motion was made for the minutes to be previewed before every meeting so the minutes can be approved right away. Copies of minutes will be sent via email to Frank Hurd and Michele Hassler and will be sent home to Bernie Smith. Mr. John DeVito was expected and never came.
2. When the good weather arrives we will have to have Kevin Duffy come in and repair a monument and we will move the stone back in the L field.
3. Minutes for January were read and approved and 8 deeds were signed.
4. Frank Hurd stated that he met with John DeVito and went over the Finance Committee report with him. Mr. DeVito requested the last 12 months of minutes and these were handed over to Jim Dodge to deliver to John DeVito.
5. Someone should find out what is happening with the Cemetery Space Committee.
6. Michele Hassler distributed some articles on Brookdale Cemetery. Commissioners.
7. Frank Hurd distributed grant documentation for the Old Burying Ground.
