The meeting started at 9:10 am
Minutes from April 12, 2007 were approved and 5 deeds were signed.
1. Monument letter will be mailed to dealers. They should contact Jean in the office first and be notified that monuments should be placed during business hours only.
2. Acceptance letter regarding the Old Burying Ground grant was distributed.
3. Discussion of burial fee structure.
4. Kevin Duffy will be moving forward with the cleaning and restoration of the old stones.
5. Deed transfers for Commins and Canniff were approved.
6. Decision of the HH field should be made for openings.
