PRESENT: Commissioners: Bernard Smith, Michele Hassler and Frank Hurd, Charles Zuccala, Acting Cemetery Supervisor, Mr. And Mrs. Berberian
The meeting started at 9:00am
Minutes from June 14, 2007 were approved and 3 deeds were signed.
1. Mr. Berberian addressed the Cemetery Commissioners about the shrubbery and roots behind the burial site of his son in EE-600. Some of the shrubbery has been cleared and Mr. & Mrs. Berberian have been asked to return to the August 9th meeting so the Commissioners could review the site and discuss options.
2. Jim Dodge, Operations Manager of DPW arrived at 9:10am.
3. All correspondence from Mr. John DeVito should be forwarded to the Town Manager.
4. Fill in the HH holes with the intention of reopening in the fall. The EE section will only have headstones for the back row only. The rest will be flat marker.
5. Kevin Duffy, Line & Stone, has finished repairs and has moved on to cleaning.
Meeting Adjourned at 10:45am and next meeting is scheduled for August 9, 2007.
