PRESENT: Commissioners: Bernard Smith and Michele Hassler, Charles Zuccala, Acting Cemetery Supervisor
The meeting started at 9:15am
Minutes from September 13, 2007 were approved and 2 deeds were signed.
1. Deadline for replacing Frank Hurd on Cemetery Commission is October 19, 2007.
2. Discussed the phone conversation with Mr. DeMarkles. He may not have use for U-281. Commissioners stated the buyback is over and Jean will send a letter to him stating not room for 6 graves for 12 because of the tree. We will offer him $262.00 for what we can use.
3. Cantwell disinterment in K-21 was discussed.
4. Buyback is over and we will review interested parties on an individual basis.
5. Full inventory of available graves is expected by next Commission meeting.
6. Rates for available graves in the old section will be discussed at a later date.
Meeting adjourned at 10:35 and the next meeting is scheduled for November 8, 2007
