The meeting started at 9:12 am
Minutes from November 8, 2007 were approved and 11 deeds were signed, 4 of which were reissued due to buyback program.
1. Town Counsel swore in new commissioner William McCarthy and then swore in Commissioner Michele Hassler for an additional _____ years.
2. Michele spoke with Town Counsel about Cooke’s Hollow being a cremains memorial park. Request for Proposal will be requested for landscape architect to see what will have to be done to make it useable for cremain burials. Burials will be above ground.
3. John Maher left the meeting at 9:32 am
4. Offer the Doane family $600 per grave for lot W-400 = $1800.00.
5. Teresa DeBenedictis left at 9:53 am
6. Invite Captain Ryan of the Arlington Police to the next meeting to discuss the flow of traffic going through the cemetery.
7. Chairman Smith expressed concern over the amount of leaves still present in the cemetery and William McCarthy was nominated to replace Frank Hurd on the Trustee Fund Committee.
Meeting adjourned at 10:32 am and the next meeting is scheduled for January 10, 2008.
