The meeting started at 9:05am
Six (6) deeds were signed.
Mr. Morse requested approval for a flat marker on K-493. The Commissioners approved the marker placement and Robert and Barbara Morse left at 9:30am.
Minutes for December 2007 and January 2008 were approved.
Landscaping bid was discussed and Jean will send email to Town Manager stipulating that all employees of the landscaping firm that wins the bid should have legal documentation.
T-151 – Lawton request for flat marker denied.
Letter to be sent to all funeral directors regarding carrying caskets.
Six (6) speed limit signs of 15mph will be put up to before Memorial Day. Talk to Teresa DeBenedictis about temporary speed bumps.
Jean will contact other cities and towns to see what the policy is on transferring of deeds.
Contact Frank Hurd about work for Kevin Duffy for next fiscal year.
Expansion committee meeting will be held on 2/25/08.
Steve Carlson and/or Dennis Corbett should be contacted about the Vietnam Memorial to make sure it will be cleaned up for Memorial Day.
Next meeting scheduled for March 13, 2008.
