The meeting started at 9:10am
Four (4) deeds were signed.
The meeting started with Jim Dodge announcing the changes at the Cemetery. The grounds will be privatized and the Cemetery will be left with a crew of 4.5 people plus the clerk. Jim Dodge stated that 4 people would always be made available for interments. Work on the Cemetery grounds will begin April 1st with spring clean up and end the last week of November. The landscaping company awarded the bid will be responsible for weekly grass cutting and trimming around the stones. They will also trim the shrubs once between July and August.
Consultants have been hired to evaluate the fees already in place at the Cemetery.
RFP for fence work will go out soon.
What happened to the architect to evaluate Chapel renovations?
Kevin Duffy will continue his work or cleaning and restoring the monuments.
RFP for Cookes Hollow is still being worked on.
Request 2 more speed signs.
Next meeting we will start discussions on rate changes to be effective July 1, 2008.
Minutes from February approved and next meeting will be April 10, 2008.
