PRESENT: Commissioners Bernard Smith, Michele Hassler and William McCarthy, Charles Zuccala, Acting Cemetery Supervisor
The meeting started at 9:05am
Four (4) deeds were signed as well as the Bogosian buyback
Minutes approved from the April meeting.
Speed bumps were discussed again. Commissioner Smith did not think that reverse speed bumps were a good idea. Commissioners feel 22 speed bumps should be ordered and placed at 11 locations. Speed bump signs could be ordered at a later date. Consider U.S. Reflector for the purchase. Two (2) more 15mph signs have been made.
Bonano Construction made repairs to the main entrance.
Two (2) test holes should be dug in the HH field to check for water.
New fee established for single graves and urn graves for the old section of the Cemetery. Effective July 1, 2008, a new single in this section will cost $3000.00 and an urn grave will cost $500.00.
Commissioner Hassler was pleased with her representative for Student Government Day.
Meeting adjourned at 10:42am and next meeting scheduled for June 12, 2008.
