The meeting began at 9:18 a.m.
December 2008 minutes were approved and four (4) deeds were signed.
Also signed the Memorandum of Repurchase for the Godfrey Lot# EE-74.
1. Bernie was brought up to speed about the Trust Fund meeting.
2. Michele read a letter from Ms. DeSousa referencing the conversation Ms. DeSousa had with Michele. A disinterment of the ashes will be approved if the family requests.
3. Mr. Willard will remain in the receiving vault along with the containers from the Chapel vault. It is suggested we send Ms. Johnson back to the family.
4. Bill will look into carpet prices for the Chapel. There were several inquiries into using the Chapel for services.
5. Rates will be reviewed in May. We will establish a fee for mock burials.
6. Cooke’s Hollow RFP will be going out and a site visit is scheduled for
February 9, 2009.
