The meeting began at 9:08 a.m.
January 2009 minutes were approved and five (5) deeds were signed.
1. Commissioners voted on new carpeting for the altar in the Chapel. We will get it from Home Depot. Bill McCarthy will take care of.
2. Discussed the Willard interment. Wait till Michele speaks to Juliana Rice, Town Counsel.
3. Talked about the Bank of America money market statement. Michele said to file with trust fund papers.
4. Send Jeanne Johnson back – return receipt requested.
5. Letter to be sent to John Bean regarding the $150,000. Teresa DeBenedictis spoke with Bill McCarthy and will attend the next meeting.
6. Lot EE-74, recently sold back to the Town will be sold as a 2 grave lot and sold for family need.
7. Michele talked about the Cooke’s Hollow viewing. She would say at least 10 companies appeared.
