LEGAL NOTICE
The Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing in the 2nd floor conference room of the Town Hall Annex (southwest entrance), on Thursday, October 6, 2005, at 7:45pm, in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Ch.131, s.40, as amended) and of the Arlington By-Law for Wetlands Protection (Title V, Article 8), to consider an ORDER OF CONDITIONS redevelopment of three lots at 87 MYSTIC ST partially within the BUFFER ZONE, FLOODPLAIN and BANK of MILL BROOK.
