Any person who would like to open a tanning salon in the Town of Arlington must fill out a tanning facility application.

Any person who would like to open a body art establishment must fill out the body art establishment application.

Any person who would like to practice body art in the Town of Arlington must fill out a body art practitioner application.

Any restaurant, retail food establishment, caterer, or home kitchen is required to fill out a food permit application.
|
Food Sales Permit |
In order to obtain a permit to operate a Food establishment plans are required to be submitted to the Board of Health for review and approval before: (1) construction of a food establishment (2) change of ownership, (3) remodeling of a food establishment (4) a change in the type of food establishment or operation. To obtain a Plan Review Application, you must call the Board of Health Office at 781-316-3170 to schedule an appointment with an Inspector.

A temporary food permit is required for any temporary event where food is sold or served to the public.
