The Jefferson Cutter House has facilities that allow it to function as a meeting room or an art gallery. The room is located on the ground floor of the building at the corner of Mystic Street and Mass Ave.
The room has a variety of uses: Artists use it for exhibits. It has proved to be a lucrative endeavor as they can have a "show" to promote their work. Artist looking to show their work should contact Nancy Lea Flynn at 781-643-2520.
It is perfect for a small class, a music class meets there weekly. Children's birthday parties, Committees and Club meetings have all been held in the room. Other uses have been for educational, social and therapeutic sessions. A variety of town affiliated and private groups meet there on a regular basis. There are tables and chairs available for use. A kitchen and rest rooms are adjacent to it. Capacity is up to 40 people.
It is in a convenient location, accessible by public transportation and steps away from Arlington Center. A public parking lot is located at the rear of building.
