Please Note: As a result of the actions voted by the Arlington Annual Town Meeting, four articles were passed which propose changes to the Arlington Zoning Bylaw. These changes require approval by the State Attorney General, but are considered in effect until the Town is notified otherwise. The AG should respond by September 1, 2008. Please review the changes here.
Adopted Oct. 8, 1975, with amendments through the Special Town Meeting of May 2007.
After May 1976, amendments to individual sections are noted above or after the sections with specific Town Meeting references (for example, ART. 72, ATM 3/85 means Article 72, March 1985 Annual Town Meeting).
